Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Kindly Wrapped, we are committed to delivering your gifts in a timely and beautiful manner. Please review our shipping policies below for information on how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
Kindly Wrapped typically requires 2/3 business days to ship the basket.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. While we work closely with our couriers to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Ontario (outside GTA) & Quebec: 1-3 Business Days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the size and weight of the gift basket.

Flat Rate Shipping (GTA): We offer a flat rate of [Your Flat Rate, e.g., $15.00] for all deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area.

Variable Rates (Outside GTA): For all other destinations, shipping rates are calculated by our trusted third-party carriers (e.g., Canada Post, Purolator) based on the delivery location and service selected.
Hospital & Hotel Deliveries
We are happy to deliver to hospitals and hotels. However, to ensure a successful delivery, it is crucial to provide accurate information.

Required Information: Please include the recipient's full name, room number, and status (e.g., patient, guest). For hospitals, please also provide the name of the ward or wing.

Recommendation: We recommend confirming that the recipient will be at the location for the duration of the estimated delivery window. Kindly Wrapped is not responsible for gifts that cannot be delivered because a patient has been discharged or a guest has checked out.
PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO boxes at this moment.
Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Kindly Wrapped is not liable for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can arrange for re-shipment at the customer's expense.
If the Recipient is Not Home
Our couriers will attempt delivery once. If no one is available to receive the package, a notice will be left with instructions for pickup or to arrange a second delivery attempt. If the package remains unclaimed or if a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it will be returned to us. Re-shipment will be at the customer's expense.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
