Refund policy

1. My gift basket arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are so sorry to hear this! Please don't worry, we will resolve this for you. Contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the basket. To speed up the process, please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

2. Can I return or exchange my gift basket?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.

However, non-perishable items may be exchanged at our location at 19 Horne Ave, Ajax, ON L1T 3Y9. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of the original order date.

Please note the following:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. How do I start a return?

The first step is to contact us at +1 416 833 3144 or email us at order@kindlywrapped.ca. Please do not send back any items without contacting us first to receive a return authorization. We will guide you through the next steps.

4. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can provide a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. If the gift is already in transit with our courier, we will be unable to cancel the order.

5. What happens if I provided an incorrect shipping address?

Kindly Wrapped cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check all shipping details before confirming your order. If a gift is returned to us, we can arrange for re-shipment at the customer's expense.

6. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once a returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
